Previously I have done this manually ( so to speak ) a photo in a clear file written details sometimes included.I also put in a clear file I have kept fabric swatches of big quilts and my own hand written directions I have made as going along. These I do refer to and find valuable where stitch length cotton type fabrics etc are written out.
