You see, I was in a hurry and hadn't connected my brain. I tipped a very warm and soft brownie onto my hand to get it out of the tin and cut it up. Why was I in a hurry? Because I wanted to eat some.
My second best baking hint:
When making chocolate brownie, make a double batch!

Broken apart cake... or brownies... are the best!!! :-) My cakes do that all the time. :-)
ReplyDeletei have also done that ...oops!
ReplyDeleteWe've made your chocolate brownie - yum!!
ReplyDeleteAh yes, must connect brain while baking! I have a good recipe too and have found a healthy-ish but still delish and decadent looking one recently...must try that, I'll report back.
ReplyDeleteIt still look very yummy, even broken up. Now you got my craving brownies :O) God bless
